The privacy of your data — and it is your data, not ours! — is a big deal to us. In this policy, we lay out: what data we collect and why; how your data is handled; and your rights to your data. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.

What we collect and why

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. Here’s what that means in practice:

Identity & access

We use Intercom for customer support, and to send you email for product updates and such. You can unsubscribe at any time you'd like.

When you use Faktor: We use Posthog to understand how our app is used; which features should we work to improve, and if users encounter any bugs.

When you buy a subscription: We use Stripe to manage payments and subscriptions. When you buy a subscription Stripe collects your customer information, billing details and creditcard information. This data never hits Inspect servers.
